Our office is located in Louisville, Kentucky with a separate entity in Secunderabad in India which delivers the Training and recruitment services for India, The Middle East and Australia/ New Zealand.

Over the period 1992-1999 we specialized in training and recruiting Computer Programmers for end users and from the year 2001 onward shifted our focus to Health Care. Our largest single project has been an end to end solution involving the Training, Recruiting , Licensure and orientation of 200 Registered Nurses for Health Systems in Louisville.

The Training programs that we have delivered over the last 15 years have been in various Programming Languages, Communication Skills, and On Line and Face to Face programs for the NCLEX-RN the U.S Nursing Board Exam on a global model.

We are both a Training and Job Creation Organization with a very specific focus of retraining in emerging technologies and making applicants ready for the opportunities that will exist over the next decade.

Our current project is to provide Training and Job Creation to the Health Care Industry with a particular focus on

1. Health IT & Nursing Informatics
2. Maintenance Engineering for Medical Imaging Systems, Radiology Therapy and Laboratory Diagnostics.

Chris Noronha has 35 Years of Business and commercial experience after graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and Washington University in St Louis with an MBA. He has completed professional assignments in the U.S, Australia, New Zealand, India, UAE and Qatar.

His focus is on on Training and Skill upgrades and large project and skill relocations between International destinations. The largest project has been the relocation of 200 Professionals and their families from 7 countries to the U.S.

He has risk management expertise particularly relating to International contracts and is also currently working on Technology applications to Health Care especially the use of Telemedicine.

Chris Noronha has provided the infrastructure and training mechanisms to enhance English communication skills at St Johns National Academy of Health Sciences, Bangalore India the largest Catholic Health System in India and St Agnes College, Mangalore India. The intention is to address communication and analytical skills at specific socio- economic population segments and these initiatives have been successful.
